Over the eight centuries of its existence, Tallinn has never been in whose hands. For a fortress and a port on the Baltic Sea at different times, knightly orders, Sweden and the Russian Empire fought. As a result, the modern capital of Estonia has become a mixture of different cultures, architectural styles and traditions.
Old Tallinn is a classic example of medieval cities in Northern Europe. In the center there is a fortified fortress with thick walls, where the parliament sits, stone streets spread out from houses with gabled roofs diverge from the main square, and bell towers of ancient churches rise above the blocks.

The beaches of the Dominican Republic: exotic in the summer
To begin, consider the features of transportation to the Dominican Republic in the summer season. The flight takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays with Transaero Airlines direct flights from Moscow to Punta Cana International Airport in the south-east of the country. From August, two more flights will be added to the schedule – on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As for the transfer, it happens both as a group, on tourist buses, and as an individual. For example, VIP customers will be pleased with the opportunity to drive to the hotel on the Cadillac Escalade, and the most demanding ones can fly by helicopter.

Americans made a culinary trip to Azerbaijan
For the first time, a cultural and culinary tour for American travelers was organized in Azerbaijan.
The tour was prepared by Farida Buyuran, the author of the popular blog azcookbook.com and the book “Pomegranates and Saffron: A Culinary Journey to Azerbaijan”, published in the USA and already awarded several international awards.
As transfers AZE.az, the tour included master classes in restaurants, visits to colorful bazaars and wine cellars, excursions to historical places and museums, workshops of artisans and others. In an interview with “Moscow-Baku” Farida Buyuran talked about how he went gastronomic tour and what impressions American travelers from Azerbaijan took with them. Continue reading
